Business, marketing and blogging. Does is seem like one of these is not like the other? I would venture to say that you are wrong and that actually business, marketing, and blogging go hand in hand.  You don't have to have a degree in English to start a blog, and you don't need a brick and mortar store front to market your product. Perfect. All you need is a digital device that has access to the internet and you can market your picture perfect product. Not all your posts need to be focused on your product! Say what? Yes, you can include information that your target audience would be interested in and create a wealth of information for them to dive into. They spent many years of their lives working to complete the Temple, if I am to spend many years of my life comp...

There are 7 habits for highly effective people…did you know that? Ok, according to Steven Covey, a highly successful person who deserves our respect! Steven took a long hard look at what needs to be done to be more effective in every aspect of your life. As I studied each of the ideas, I found myself reflecting on past experiences that I could have improved if I had these habits in place. First, I would have never taken so long to find my passion. I spent my 20s and 30s dreaming about finding my “thing”. I was being somewhat proactive; I had several hobbies that I enjoyed and often dove headfirst into them and developed my talents as best I could. However, I never looked at where I wanted to end up with my hobbies. I never took the time to think about how they could be an integral part of my life. Taking the time to think about 10-20 years from now is helpful in creating milestones to work toward. Next, I may not have been so quick to give up. Knowing that everyone must s...
